This magnificent alebrije is an authentic Oaxacan copal wood carving. It is entirely hand-carved, painted with thin brushes, and decorated with acrylic paintings. The artistry quality and detailed design make this alebrije a unique and valuable collector's item. Except for its detachable tail, this wolf is carved from a single block of copal wood. Decorated with traditional Zapotec symbols, painted in a bright blue base tone adding a colorful mix of green, yellow and brown shades as contrasting tones.
