Dolores Hidalgo's traditional pottery crafts are mainly crafted with white glazed pottery, locally known as "Mayolica."These glazed pottery crafts are distinguished for their elegant and colored designs, a product of Italian renaissance art and Spanish influence. Totally hand-painted using vivid colors, where flowers and birds are predominant in their designs. This fountain was totally hand-made, using primarily glazed pottery. It is beautifully decorated with floral motifs painted in a blue and turquoise palette.
